PRO COMP TIRES WARRANTY COVERAGE
Any new Pro Comp tire purchased by a consumer from a Pro Comp dealer is covered by this Limited Warranty. Pro Comp tires come with a limited warranty to cover manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use. Intended use is specified as normal on-road road use, not racing or off-road use. The following Warranties are available on applicable Pro Comp Tires:
STANDARD COVERAGE
If your Pro Comp tire becomes unserviceable as a result of an eligible adjustable condition during the first 10% of tread life, it will be replaced with an equivalent new Pro Comp tire at no charge. When the tread is worn more than 10%, a replacement charge will be required in order to obtain a replacement tire (freight is not included). The replacement charge will be determined by multiplying current market price by the percentage of original tread depth worn from the tire. You must pay for mounting, balancing and any other additional charges, such as taxes and freight or the acceptance of a higher-priced replacement tire.
All Pro Comp tires are covered by Standard Coverage. The Pro Comp A/T Sport and Xtreme MT2 are covered by an enhanced “Forever Warranty”, as described below.
MILEAGE WARRANTY
The following Pro Comp tires are warranted against tread wear prior to the applicable indicated mileage.
PROVIDED THAT YOU:
1. Rotate your tires in accordance with prescribed rotation patterns at least every 3,000 – 5,000 miles and have documentation showing rotation schedule.
2. Present the tire for adjustment
3. Present documentation showing rotation schedule when requesting an adjustment and the date of purchase, vehicle type, model, odometer reading and tire pressure.
If the tire wears down to the tread wear indicators in less than the miles warranted, a pro-rated adjustment will be made according to actual mileage delivered. Your replacement cost will be determined by dividing the actual mileage delivered by the miles warranted and multiplying the result times the current selling price of the equivalent or comparable replacement tire. You must pay for mounting, balancing and any other additional charges, such as taxes or the acceptance of a higher priced replacement tire.
When the tread becomes worn to 2/32″ (shown by tread wear indicators molded into the tread grooves) the tire is worn out per DOT specification and tire is no longer covered under the warranty.
60 DAY RIDE ASSURANCE
The 60 Day Ride Assurance is applicable to all Pro Comp A/T Sport and Xtreme MT2 tires with sales effective January 1, 2016 or thereafter. The 60 Day Ride Assurance provides the consumer with a “complete 100% satisfaction guarantee”; meaning that the consumer may invoke at will, within 60 days of purchase, a return, without question. This warranty serves to provide the consumer ultimate recourse in case of any reason whatsoever for product return. The consumer may apply the refund toward another tire.
FOREVER WARRANTY
The Forever Warranty is a non-prorated replacement for any manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended use. The Forever Warranty is specifically offered on all A/T Sport and Xtreme MT2 tires. If a manufacturing defect in material or workmanship occurs, the tire will be replaced at no charge, or a non-pro-rated basis to the consumer.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED

1. Conditions resulting from road hazards, such as impact damage, cut, snags or punctures
